Terms

Definitions: 'Training' means any workshop, course, or event format listed on the site (including one-day, two-day, and other formats). 'Attendee' means the person who registered and paid.

Format: trainings are delivered on request for private groups and company teams. Date, venue or online format, and price are agreed when you request a training.

Payment: details are agreed after you request a training. VAT 0% where applicable.

Refund. Refund: agreed case by case before the training date is locked. After the date is confirmed, refund only if a replacement takes your seat, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Attendee is responsible for their content and idea choices.

Respect other participants and the facilitator.

You own the code and materials you create. Training materials (slides, templates) are for your personal use.

We may update format or venue with your agreement; we will notify by email and messenger.
